To foreign friends
2)no matter who you are no matter where are you come from, you are in china now:首先,no matter who you are后面得有个逗号;其次,china(中国)没有大写词头;另外,where are you come from语法错误,可以把come去掉。 Regardless of your identities and nationalities...(无论你的身份以及你的国籍...)
3)obey our law, do the register in the local police station:obey our law这样的祈使句太生硬,虽然是强制规定,但说法上要客气一些。 Acccording to our law, we request you to register your personal information at the local police station.
4)we will give you one week to do the register:这里句式应该换一换了,建议改为:You will be given one week to finish the registration.
5)One week later we will have a big operation against those foreigner who have not register in police station.这句话充满了语法错误和中式英语的问题,首先one week later多用于过去,这里表示一种将来的情况,改成In a week会比较好;第二,have a big operation agianst,典型的中式英语,“进行大的行动”,建议改成:launch a large-scale campaign against(发起一场大规模专项整治行动);第三,those foreigner,复数没加s;第四,who have not register in police station, register应该用过去分词,而且句子里动词太多显得啰嗦,建议改成:those without registering at police station.
Announcement
To foreign friends:
According to Chinese law, we request you to register your personal information at Shekou Police Station, regardless of your identities and nationalities. Otherwise, you will face a fine of up to 2000 RMB. You will be given one week to finish the registration. In a week, we will launch a large-scale campaign against those without registering at the police station. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
